PROGRAM INFORMATION
Livingwell Workshops are based in Columbia, Maryland. Please call to discuss service outside of the DC/Baltimore corridor.
Programs are available for children, teens and adults. A typical workshop group meets once a week for at least six weeks. Single session events and retreat programs are also available.
Livingwell Workshops are educational/support programs and are not intended to replace or to be a substitute for counseling or therapy.

FREE COMMUNITY PROGRAMS
Livingwell Workshops are often available at no cost to you through community programming opportunities. Please check our Events & Resources page for a calendar of these programs. If your not-for-profit or community organization would like to discuss the possibility of hosting a Livingwell free community program please contact us at (301) 575 - 7880.
PROGRAM OPTIONS & FEES
Individual Programs (Entrance Consultation & 6 sessions): *$40/session
During the entrance consultation you can choose a program from our list of workshop offerings or we can develop a program to meet your goals. Fee includes:
•A One Hour Entrance Consultation
•Six – One Hour Sessions
•A Program Packet (includes composition book, handouts and resource information)
Couples Programs (Entrance Consultation & 6 sessions): *$65/session
Couples Programs are appropriate for domestic partners, spouses or friends. During the entrance consultation you can choose a program from our list of workshop offerings or a program is developed to meet your goals. Each person has a private 30 minute interview. Fee includes:
•An Entrance Consultation (90 minutes)
•Six – 90 minute Sessions
•2 Program Packets (includes composition books, handouts and resource information)
Standard Group Programs (6 sessions): *$30 per person/session
Group Programs are appropriate for any gathering of six – 12 people interested in a program from our list of workshop offerings. Fee includes:
•Six – 90 minute sessions
•Program Packets (includes composition books, handouts and resource information)
Community Organizations & Retreat Programs: sliding scale
Community Organization Programs are appropriate for not-for-profit organizations and faith communities. During the entrance consultation you can choose a program from our list of workshop offerings or a program is developed to meet your goals. Fee includes:
•A One Hour Entrance Consultation
•90 minute session/s
The fee for Program Packets is separate and determined based on the number of participants.
Corporate Programs (Entrance Consultation & 6 sessions): *$50 per person/session
During the entrance consultation you can choose a program from our list of workshop offerings or a program is developed to meet your goals. Fee includes:
•A One Hour Entrance Consultation
•Six – 90 minute sessions
•Program Packets (includes composition book, handouts and resource information)
